Has anyone heard the statement “Curb your Dog”

Apparently I’m the only one that has ever heard of that.
If you have heard it, what does it mean to you.

    Can’t say I have heard that one… my grandma used to always reply “Time all dogs was dead, ain’t ya glad your a pup?” when asked what time it was….

    It means to teach your dog to do it’s “business” next to the curb (not on the grass or sidewalk).
